We have over 300 raw material suppliers worldwide, two factories covering a total area of 15,000 square meters, about 400 workers and 12 production lines. With such resources, we are able to produce 800,000 automotive LED lighting and 1 million LED components monthly.
Customized Samples Ready in Seven to 18 Days
Our R&D team is composed of 18 designers and engineers with nine years' experience, including a designer who worked at Cree for 10 years and two engineers who have worked for Epistar, auto general for five years. They can skillfully design solution, and are led by managers capable of communicating with buyers in fluent English. We also have a molding workshop with 28 engineers. We develop three new products monthly, and provide customized samples in 15 to 20 days. And we use new materials such as carbon fiber and nano materials in making new products.
International Certifications Ensure Quality
In addition to our 25 QC personnel with five years' experience, we also have three managers with working experience in Cree. They are familiar with quality management systems for factories and have earned us CE 13, RoHS and E-mark certificates. We also own a testing center featuring reliability, high and low temperature and aging test equipment from Switzerland. A warranty of one year is also provided.
