perfectControl 7794-3 - Calibrating unit is also for angle-controlled tools
The perfectControl calibrating unit can boast additions to the family:
the new 7794-3 version fully automatically calibrates electronic torque and angle-controlled wrenches made by STAHLWILLE.
It is also able to perform semiautomatic calibration on mechanical torque and angle-controlled wrenches made by Stahlwille and electronic and mechanical tools from third-party manufacturers. It is a simple matter to adapt the unit for testing and calibrating different tools since the transducers can be quickly and easily changed.
MANOSKOP 714 - new wrench for torque and angle
The new Manoskop 714 unites the advantages of our electromechanical torque wrenches and the accuracy of our angle-controlled tools with the convenience of a user-friendly software solution for configuring the tool and managing users.
The new torque/angle-controlled wrench, Manoskop 714, offers greater convenience than conventional torque tools.
The tool is configured using the convenient Sensomaster software program. As many as 200 joints can be programmed in up to 25 preset sequences. For each joint, it is possible to store up to 2,500 measurements. User-specific access levels enable many different application scenarios. Data interchange with a PC is via a standard USB port.
735-40 HD - Fine-toothed ratchet insert tool for high torques
The 735 series of tools have been expanded to include the fine-toothed ratchet insert tool 735-40 HD.
This new, switchable tool with a ¾" drive has a constant max. load of 400 N m and is intended for use in conjunction with torque wrenches having a measuring range of up to 650 N m.
Due to the fine toothing with 60 teeth and the correspondingly fine ratcheting angle, the tool can be used even wher access is awkward.
