Our core capabilities include: Chemical Cleaning, Non-Destructive Testing, Thermal Spray, Welding, CNC controlled Shot Peening, High Pressure Waterjet Stripping, CMM, CNC Machining, Vibro Polishing, Vacuum Furnace (controlled atmosphere Heat Treatment and Brazing), etc…
Drawing on TEXL’s multinational expertise and state of the art machines, it can quickly overhaul an array of complex core engine components, e.g. Combustion Case, Stage 9 OGV, Diffuser, Booster Blades & Vanes, Harnesses, etc.
3rd Party Component Repair
TEXL provides GE90-94B / 115B Fan Platform repair services to airlines & MROs in Asia and Middle East. Component repair services are being expanded to 3rd party customers to include Spinner, Inner Acoustic Liner, Mating Rings, Carbon Seals and Harnesses.
