General Description:
GCA radar system consists of precision approach radar RP-5GI type and airport surveillance radar   RL-71S type. Antenna systems of both radars can be installed at airport in proximity, this fact simplifies installation works of radar electronics and supply of both radars. Through installation of this GCA radar system, a powerful navigation system will be earned for control of air situation at terminal airport area up to distance 150 km.  Both radars have doubled input radar blocks in order to increase radar reliability. For data processing own AMTI technology it is utilised being able of optimal adjustment for radar operating parameters. Display presentation is provided on large-screen LCD monitors completed by VHF/UHF transceivers and Recording / Reply Unit. Display consoles can be located separately, at long distance from installation place of radar head electronics. Basic version of GCA system includes also MSSR Radar Unit fully implemented into PSR radar system.

GCA radar system uses modular structure enabling possibility to respect customer's wishes. GCA radar system parameters comply with all ICAO and EUROConTROL recommendations.
