T-CZ offers the MANUFACTURING and SERVICES in the range of industrial locksmithing and machining on key basis, including surface treatment of mechanical parts and complete mechanical assemblies.
The company carries out its activities on 6000 m2 of production premises.
The company is able to provide comprehensive design of product part or complete product.
The by T-CZ applied technologies for product realization are described below:
1) Locksmith work
metal sheet cutting up to 5 mm (steel plate), 6 mm (aluminum plate) thickness and 2000 mm length,
sheet punching (Trumatic preses 2000 and 180),
plate bending on press brakes,
pressing, drawing and welding nuts, bolts firing,
manual work (riveting, straightening, grinding, drilling, threading),
cutting bars (Bomar, band saw),
cutting strips of circular shears,
small assembly.
2) Welding
resistance welding - Fe, Al, brass, zinc, stainless steel,
arc welding in protection athmosphere CO2 or argon(MIG, TIG),
soldering and flame welding.
3) Pressing
using special tools for molding presses to 160 tonnes (Presses 10-160 t).
4) Turning
centre and turret lathes,
semi-automatic lathes.
5) Milling
CNC milling PICOMAX,
CNC milling machine 1020 x 510 x 510 mm (Hardinge),
conventional milling.
6) Painting
powder and classical (wet) paint shop.
7) Design and Development
arrangement of construction of technical documentation, incl. prototype.
