The Pinch Hitter Course, designed by the AOPA, is intended to teach companion flyers (non-pilots) the basics of aviation so that they feel comfortable flying in the right seat and to give them the knowledge and experience to take control of the plane and land safely in the event of an emergency. You will receive 4 to 6 hours of ground school and 4 hours in-flight training in a Warrior or Archer.
