Track’Air BV was established in the Netherlands in 1994 with the development of the EZTrack Flight Management System. Over the last 20 years, Track’Air BV has specialized in and has continually developed efficiency tools for the aerial survey profession. From the EZTrack to the Xtrack and now the Nextrack 2, the development of existing and creation of new tools for the industries we support has been unending.
During these years a new company, Lead’Air Inc. was established (2001) and based in Kissimmee, Florida, opened to support sales in North America. In more recent years, Lead’Air has become the manufacturing hub for the design and development of all Track’Air TM and Lead’Air products including the development and manufacturing of MIDAS multi camera digital acquisition systems for 3D modeling and large and small format IMU stabilized mounts for many types of sensors. As a result of this close affiliation, Track’Air TM is now the trademark used for all of Lead‘Air’s products.
The privately owned and independent company Lead’Air, Inc. employs dozens of experienced professionals from around the world including software, hardware and electronic engineers, pilots, photogrammetrists and machinists in the development and manufacturing of all of our products.
There are over 1,250 Track’Air FM Systems in use in more than 40 countries with 15% operated in North America alone. Several OEM manufacturers including Applanix, Intergraph and others have developed outstanding products utilizing Track’Air TM systems as the mainstay of their sensor control development.
The commitment of Lead’Air to the continued development of innovative new and improved products is unmatched in the industry, and we will continue to strive for the excellence in products and service for which we are known.
