The main activity UNIS, a.s. is the realization of projects in investment development aimed at the branch of oil and natural gas processing, petrochemical, chemistry and power industry in supply form – so called „turn-key“(model EPC or EPC-M).
The projects include one- or multi-level project documentation interconnecting all the professions offered. The advantage is the interdependence of the individual sections of the design, which offers an ideal combination for complex solutions. Within the scope of project are released device deliveries, construction, author´s supervision, testing, commissioning and final hand over of the work. These provided services include also support of potential national and international clients. It is performed mainly through export financing in co-operation with Czech commercial banks and the state insurance company EGAP (Exportní garanční a pojišťovací společnost, a.s.). The realized volume of orders in our country and abroad generally comes up to billions of Czech crowns. An integral part of customer service is the provision of services.
The developed system of large projects management and realisation (refinery plants, chemical plants, gas processing plants, etc.) arranges significant stability of the company and its further dynamic growth.
Realisation of many applications in petro-chemical industry allowed adoption of technological processes control from the portfolio of leading global providers – licensors of industrial technologies.
