Flight Control Computers include state-of-the-art fly-by-wire versions than can provide complete autonomous flight control of a piloted aircraft, or 100 percent full-authority control to safely fly a manned or unmanned aircraft.
For helicopters, the computers use electronic inputs from the pilot’s control sticks to move the actuators on the main and tail rotor, for safe and smooth flight.
