Learning to fly based on only instruments is an important skill for flying in clouds, low visibility or weather conditions that are less than ideal. This course will teach students how to trust their instruments and avoid fixating on one item (i.e. airspeed, altitude). This course is not absolutely mandatory for hire but will improve the skill of the student pilot and will ultimately make the student more “hire-able” in the future.
