Western Aircraft Responds To Demand Adds a Seventh Fuel Truck
Release time:2018-05-04        Views:196        Back to list

An increasing number of flights into the Boise Airport (KBOI) along with an increased amount of fuel pumped has prompted Western Aircraft to add a seventh fuel truck to its fleet.

The Maintenance Repair and Fixed based Operation is based at the Airport and provides fuel support for general and corporate aviation and airlines.

“We are currently the largest supplier of fuel for the Boise Airport delivering more than 21 million gallons of fuel per year,” said Western Aircraft’s Line Service Manager Dan Milender. “Our new 7,000-gallon truck is our third with a lift deck, which gives us even more reliable, safe service to large aircraft.”

In addition to its corporate and airline support, Western Aircraft also holds the Department of Defense (DoD) contract for the field through its partnership with AvFuel. Furthermore, in the summer it provides fuel support for aerial firefighting aircraft.
