Williams Aerospace was founded by Newell A. Williams and Mark R. Walenczyk. Together, they have more than forty years experience in the commercial aviation industry. They created the company for the purpose of combining strengths, experience, knowledge and industry contacts to create their own model for buying and selling aircraft parts.
Newell A. Williams spent the last twenty-six years buying, selling and trading aircraft parts for The Memphis Group. His family founded two of the industries most innovative and successful businesses, The Memphis Group and ILS Inventory Locator Service, both of which were later sold to Fortune 500 companies, specifically GE and Ryder. During Mr. William's tenure he has created a vast network of customers and suppliers worldwide.
