Details

Although we got our start in the simulation industry serving flight simulator vendors as an OEM manufacturing partner, we have transitioned into producing complete simulators for end users.

We approach making simulators for end users as a collaborative process wher we work closely with you to ensure you get exactly what you want. That means we want our customers to be knowledgeable as about flight simulation as possible, which is why we have an extensive "Learn about Simulation" section on this website. When a customer understands the advantages and disadvantages of simulation, the types of flight simulators that are available top them, and what to look for in a simulator we can work together collaboratively with confidence. This approach leads to clear communication, and defined goals and expectations. havin such a basis leads to better simulators and customers that aren't just happy the day their simulator arrives, they're pleased every time they use it for years to come.

Our thirty-two years of manufacturing experience allows us to deliver custom high fidelity simulators as off the shelf prices. For the price of an good generic off the shelf flight simulator, you can have a higher fidelity, more complex simulator which more closely matches your specific aircraft. The higher realism allows for better immersion, which leads to a higher transfer of skills learned in the simulator to real aircraft. The higher complexity allows you to simulate more training scenarios with greater realism.

We also control costs and improve fidelity and complexity by utilizing the latest technologies. It used to be very common to have expensive custom electronics produced for flight simulators. However today instead of producing custom circuit boards to replicate each of the systems in the aircraft we can now generally use commercial input / output boards. These boards can handle dozens to hundreds of switches, lights, dials and other inputs and outputs. We then can simulate the complex operation of each system in using software. Not only is it considerably less expensive, it's generally more reliable, more flexible, and can be upgraded in the future.
