CAAC Fines Sky Angkor Airlines 20,000 Yuan for Low-Altitude Approach

The CAAC Central and Southern Regional Administration has fined Sky Angkor Airlines 20,000 yuan, for malfunction during approach at Wuhan Tianhe International Airport.

CAAC Fines Sky Angkor Airlines 20,000 Yuan for Low-Altitude Approach

According to a statement released by the regional administration on September 30, the carrier was engaged in a dangerous approach for flight ZA483 at Wuhan Airport on May 26 with apparently low flying altitude.

Angkor Airlines violated the Article 91, 129 of CCAR-129, failure to operate the aircraft properly. Therefore, the aviation administrative department imposed a fine of 20,000 yuan in line with Article 63 of the Regulation (CCAR-129).
