Main activities regarding Composite Department : Cabin, Structure and Cargo CompartmentStructure
We perform wet lay-up, prepeg (250°F & 350°F) and metal bond repair of Flight control, nacelle and aircraft component per SRM or OEM designed repair method.
Cabin and Cockpit
We perform all repairs and modifications of linings and hot rach repair; floor panel repair / manufacturing; galley floors, lavatory and closet repairs as per manufacturer, the CMM.
Cargo Compartment
Repairs, modifications and manufacturing of floor panel sidewall and ceiling lining per all approuved data (AMM, SRM, EO, WO). Moreover, we are approved by M.C. GILL to assemble floor and install inserts and block attachments.
Generally, we can perform modifications, repairs, assemblies, ADs/SBs, NDT composite inspections and we are flexible to analyze and adapt to each new project.
