The KCS TraceME TM-202 / R9C7 is targeted for tracking and tracing a variety of objects (e.g. containers, working equipment, valuable assets), or even livestock or personal use.With the TM-202 you are in full control of your objects. You will know wher the object provided with the module, or the person carrying the module is, and know their exact actual and historical status. You will be alerted if something strange happens.
The TM-202 combines different technologies for traceability (e.g. GPS, LoRa™, Bluetooth LE, ANT/ANT+ and proprietary RF).
Data communication is transmitted by GSM/GRPS, or done by LoRa™ which eliminates traditional telecom costs.
The rough tracing from 10km down to 300 meters is done by LoRa™, while the short-range tracing is done by the proprietary RF technique, which offers excellent indoor and outdoor tracing with an accuracy up to 1.5 meters.
The TM-202 offers excellent quad-band GSM/GPRS coverage. Optional simultaneously GPS + Glonass satellite reception provides excellent and accurate location positioning in rough urban environments.
Multiple on-board sensors (temperature, humidity and acceleration), LEDs, full I/O-functionality and pushbuttons enables the integration into a variety of custom specific (M2M) applications. It offers seamless integration into many applications and wireless networks. It enables stolen object recovery and thereby offers insurance premium reduction possibilities.
