Prerequisites:

230 hours total logged time

Experience per FAR 61.123*

Completed FAA written exam (recommended)

Private pilot certificate with instrument rating, ASEL

FAA training minimums:

Hold at class 3 medical certificate

Log at least 250 flight hours and pass the written and practical test

The commercial pilot FAA flight test must be taken in a complex ASEL.
