The PILOT 12160 Cress is a 3M class electric motor glider balsa kit.
Even if it is said to be a Balsa kit, the body of the glass fiber pod and carbon tapered pipe ensures weight reduction and rigidity, and the assembly is only the main tail wing.
The main wing adopts 8% thin airfoil incorporating recent trends, and has obtained excellent reaction and thermal response.
In addition, due to the versatility of carbon material and a thought-out structure, we achieved both rigidity and weight saving.
The main wing that exceeds 3 m in blade length is made into 3 parts that is convenient to carry and assembles main wing parts precisely laser-cut with 6 divisions, so it is possible to assemble accurately without being twisted even with a narrow work table.
The recommended power unit, the covered outer rotor brushless motor Tahmazo CR - 352010 d, 34 mm aluminum turbo spinner, carbon folded peller RL 12 x 6 will rise comfortably.
