Plastic model kit of the KV-107II-5 J.A.S.D.F., the helicopter used by the Japanese Air Self Defense Forces for search & rescue missions. Nicknamed 'SHIRASAGI' (White Heron), it's a revised version of the CH-46E, used as a workhorse by the U.S. Marines.
