Designed by Bruce Finley, the P-1077 was the winner of the 2004 Flying Aces Club Walt Mooney Award for best peanut scale model. This plane has a large wing area and plenty of room in the fuselage for the motor. Historically work on the P-1077, also known as the Julia II, started in 1944. Two unpowered prototypes were 90% complete when the German plant was overrun by Soviet troops.

The builder of this kit has the option of making one of 3 versions, the P-1077, the Julia or the Romeo. This model can be built for rubber power or catapult flight.

This kit includes a full-size rolled CAD drawn plan, building and flying instructions, laser cut balsa parts and hand-picked balsa strip wood, FAI rubber, vacuum-molded canopy, skids and gun pods, E-B propeller, EBM thrust bearing, Easy Built Lite tissue in olive green, evergreen, and light sky blue and TissueCal™ markings. To build this model you will need a building board, hobby knife, fine sandpaper, and glue. If applicable, you will also need a catapult and accessories.
