Profiles/Cutting

Highly accurate and repeatable cutting of profiles and flat patterns is accomplished using our AMADA CNC Turret Punch and OMAX CNC Waterjets.

Forming

MTI has a wide range of forming options including standard break presses,  fluid cell bladder press, hydroform, and stretch form (both skin stretch and swing arm stretch).

Scope

MTI fabricates sheet metal parts from small, simple clips and brackets to large complex contour polished skins.  We are capable of hot forming and doing stress relief on formed parts.
