British International Industries Ltd
<p> <strong>British Internatio<em></em>nal Industries Ltd (BII)</strong> started life back in 1923 located in northern England as a <span>specialist manufacture of plastics. The company traded successfully for nearly 50 years before trading </span><span>ceased. </span><span>In 1976, Christopher Cradock purchased the dormant company as the corporate name for his growing </span><span>Export Trading Business. Originally BII traded in generating sets for power supply, but the company </span><span>quickly won a co<em></em>ntract to provide standby power for an overseas Military Airport. From this point BII </span><span>rapidly transformed their business model to focus on the supply of Military Aircraft Spares, </span><span>supporting legacy NATO aircraft. </span><span>BII co<em></em>ntinued to grow co<em></em>ncentrating on supporting the Hawker Hunter, Canberra, Jaguar, Harrier, Hawk </span><span>and C130. </span><span>In recent years, BII has co<em></em>ntinued to support their long-standing military customers, but has expanded </span><span>its inventory and product lines to supply the Commercial sector for Airlines, MRO and Leasing </span><span>Companies. </span><span>Forty years on and Christopher Cradock remains chairman and active within the business. Son, Francis </span><span>Cradock, whose role as Sales Director, supports him on a day-to-day basis, along with a dedicated team </span><span>of industry professionals, with a wealth of technical experience. </span><span>Today BII operates from a purpose built facility in Partridge Green, West Sussex. BII’s facility is </span><span>co<em></em>nveniently located close to both Lo<em></em>ndon Gatwick and Lo<em></em>ndon Heathrow internatio<em></em>nal airports, </span><span>expediting respo<em></em>nse time for all urgently required spares. </span><span>BII stocks a wide variety of aircraft rotables and co<em></em>nsumables supporting, Airbus (A320, A330, A340), </span><span>Boeing (737NG & Classic, 747,757, 767, 777) and British Aerospace RJ.</span> </p> <p> <br /> </p>
