Carter Flygare, Inc. is run by CFI and Chief Pilot, Carter W. Flygare. Carter Flygare has provided Flight Training in the Sacramento area since 1964, holds the Gold Seal Flight Instructor Certificate and has more than 55,000 flight hours.

We are located in the Terminal Building at the Executive Airport in Sacramento.
