<p> Establishment of  Ministry </p> <p> ORDER OF PRESIDENT  OF  REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN  ON ESTABLISHMENT OF  MINISTRY OF DEFENCE INDUSTRY OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN </p> <p> In order to improve structure of government in Republic of Azerbaijan and following item 7 of article 109 of the Co<em></em>nstitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan I hereby decree: </p> <p> 1. to liquidate the State Committee for Special Engineering and Co<em></em>nversion of the Azerbaijan Republic and establish on its ba<em></em>se the Ministry of Defence Industry of the Republic of  Azerbaijan. </p> <p> 2. Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic within one month: </p> <p> 2.1. to prepare and submit to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan the draft Charter of the Ministry of Defence Industry of the Republic of Azerbaijan, proposals on its structure, budget and number of employees; </p> <p> 2.2. resolve other issues arising from this Order. </p> <p> 3.
