Wolfe Aviation founded over 30 years ago as an authorized FAA Fixed base Operation (FBO) located at Stockton Metropolitan Airport (SCK), operates a growing aircraft sales and maintenance services facility for general and corporate aviation. Principal Peter Wolfe, Inspection Authorization (IA), received his training through the U.S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict; through American Air Lines as an A&P mechanic and electrician; through NASA, Ames Research Center as an avionics specialist, electrical and senior quality control inspector for contractor Northrop Services, Inc. working on transport type NASA research aircraft. As a pilot, an aircraft owner, an A&P mechanic since 1960, an IA, Peter has been providing professional electrical, mechanical, airframe and power plant maintenance and aircraft sales expertise worldwide for decades for general and corporate aviation. There are six FAA licensed A&P mechanics at Wolfe Aviation, most received training through the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, U.S. Marines Corps, and NASA, Ames Research Center. In addition, our A&P mechanics are Part 91, 121, 131, 135 GMM Certified for Airbus, Beechcraft, Boeing, Cessna, Douglas, Piper and Raytheon aircraft. Our A&Ps' experience ranges from transport jet and large jet aircraft, medium to small business jet aircraft, turboprop business aircraft to general aviation twin and single piston engine aircraft.
