Besides our solutions in Filament Winding, Autonational Composites develops special autoclave molds and tooling made of specific metal alloys, like INVAR 36. These molds are suitable for serial production of advanced (thermoplastic) composite products by use of composite compression (Autoclave molding). Outside and inside pressure results in reproducible high quality composite products. Our Autoclave molds or tools are able to produce high-end complex shaped structural profiles and beams, by use of prepreg bas material.
