During (automated) production and re-work/finishing, products have to be tested and if necessary have to be rejected or repaired to meet predetermined measurements and tolerances.Weight (volume fraction), conductivity, dimensions, pressure and leakage are commonly tested variables during production of (industrial) products. A leakage tester which we developed for the Senseo ® Coffee pads for Sara Lee and Tobacco weighing equipment for JTI (former Niemeijer) are representative examples.
