Requirements
- Be at least 17 years of age
- Be able to read, speak, and understand the English language
- Currently hold a Private Pilot license
- Hold a minimum of 50 hours of flight time, 40 hours actual or simulated and 15 hours instrument training
- Pass a knowledge test as well as the practical test
