Your instructor rating training will allow you to pass on your knowledge and teach others how to fly an airplane.

PRE-REQUISITE: Commercial Pilot License or higher

AGE: An applicant shall have reached his eighteenth birthday

MEDICAL FITNESS: Be in possession of Category I medical

KNOWLEDGE: 25 hours of instructor ground school instruction, Transport Canada Written test examination - AIRAF

FLIGHT EXPERIENCE: 30 hours of instructor pilot flight training, incl. 5 hours instrument flight instruction

SKILL: Applicant shall successfully complete a flight test to Transport Canada Standards
