In the cockpit students are taught basic handling of the aircraft, emergency procedures and cross-country navigation skills. Ground School subjects, which form part of the PPL Course, feature written exams of the multiple choice style.


Requirements for obtaining a PPL:

Minimum of 45 hours flight training:

25 hours dual training

10 hours solo(including 5 hours solo cross-country flight time)

One Cross Country flight of at least 150nm, during which a full stop landing at two different aerodromes different from the aerodrome of departure.

Passing all 9 PPL multiple choice written exams (75% or higher):
