purpose of this course is to optimize the decision-making process, task-sharing, use of checklists and reciprocal monitoring. A pilot must be able to work in a team according to MCC rules. The programme includes both training in normal flight conditions as well as in situations of danger, including all practical operations aimed at resolving LOC (Loss of Control) problems.
