Santa Cruz Flying Club has instructors to help you achieve your aviation goals. If you are just starting out simply give us a call or stop by and schedule your introductory flight lesson. Not only will you get to fly the plane but also get a chance to see Santa Cruz from the air and be able to discuss your aviation goals with one of our instructors.
Our FAA-certified flight instructors are approved to give training for the following ratings:
Private
Instrument
Commercial
Multi-Engine
Airline Transport Pilot
CFI / MEI / CFII
Ground school (textbook-based instruction) is offered on an as-needed basis for the Private, Instrument,and Multi-Engine ratings.
Flight instruction rates are $50-$55/hr.
Simulator instruction is available on a PCATD for $35/hr (plus instructor time).
