RV Floor Boards
Have you decided how you want to cover your floors? Consider carbon fiber floor panels. Bonehead offers both 3 piece and 2 piece panel sets for RV7 and RV7a. The 3 piece would be used in conjunction with Van's fuel pump cover, and the 2 piece when installing Bonehead’s center tunnel to firewall cover. The floor boards are constructed in a 50/50 blend of carbon fiber and fiberglass for more flexibility. This flexibility aids in installing and removing the floor panels under the rudder pedals. The panels are computer cut for precise dimensions, then filled, and finally finished with a matte clear coat. We recommend fastening the floor boards with screws down the center runners and then floating the outside edges. We also recommend placing foam or some other dampening material between the boards and bottom skin to help with sound and vibration. These floor panels add a cool and unique look to your airplane.
