HAECO Americas maintains extensive facilities for the repair and overhaul of advanced composite and bonded aluminum honeycomb assemblies. By offering this in-house, HAECO can maintain parts visibility and reduce the costs associated with these services to customers.
HAECO Americas' Composites Center is fully equipped with CAD-ready systems and technicians to assess customer drawings and requirements, design appropriate specialized tooling and validate quality verification after production. Our team is highly experienced with a large number of custom tool builds, and has established industry-leading techniques for product flow from the material lay-up process through to curing and final coating applications. Multiple autoclaves (including: 9' x 24', 165 psi, 400F; and 5' x 20', 110 psi, 450F)
Walk-in curing oven (for most very large aviation applications)
