The Act no. 188/2016 Coll., amending certain laws in connection with the adoption of the law on gambling and the law on tax on gambling entered into force on 1 January 2017. This Act amends § 3 paragraph 3 letter b) of the Act no. 455/1991 Coll., on Trades (the Trade Act), as amended, wher the words “organizing lotteries and other similar” shall be replaced by “operating gambling” and a footnote no. 14, including its reference shall be deleted.
