The average requirements for a CFI-MEI are 15 hours PIC logged mulit-engine time, 5 hours flight instruction, 10 hours ground instruction, 5 hours dual in the right seat of our Piper Aztec. If you put your nose to the gind stone, you can achieve this rating in 1 month. We estimate the cost to be $2,500 which includes flight time and materials.
