Since 1991, America's Aircraft Engines has been building ALL of it's Eagle Engines to the SAME EXACT STANDARDS. Be it Overhaul, Case Repair, or Prop Strike Inspection, it's one engine one mechanic.

Eagle I includes all of the items listed below:

• Overhaul to new fits and limits without exception.
• All engine Airworthiness Directives complied with.
• Remanufactured cylinders.
• Crankshaft and all steel parts magnafluxed and certified.
• Crankshaft and counterweights dynamically balanced.
• Crankcase certified, surfaced, and line bored.
• Camshaft reground and certified.
• Connecting rods re-bushed and balanced.
• Rocker arms re-bushed.
• Engine rotating parts balanced to within .5 grams.
• Fuel system rebuilt.
• Turbocharger rebuilt. (if applicable)
• Magnetos rebuilt.
• New ignition harness.
• New spark plugs.
• Oil cooler flushed, pressure tested and certified.
• All external engine hardware cadmium plated.
• Engine's test run and crated for shipment.
• New parts installed exceed manufacturers recommendation.
• No additional charge for the repair of repairable crankcase, crankshaft or cylinders.
• 12 Month/500 Hours. Full warranty, prorated to manufacturers published TBO.

Eagle II includes all of Eagle I, plus the following:

• New ECI Titan or Superior Millennium cylinders. On all available models.
• 24 Month/1000 Hours Full Warranty.
• Prorated to manufacturers published TBO.

Eagle III includes all of Eagle I and II, plus the following:

• OEM Factory New cylinders.
• 2 year Unlimited Hours Full Warranty.
• Prorated to manufacturers published TBO.
