All high performance aircraft pulling high-G must be equipped with an Anti-G Valve. Without such a device, the pilots are not able to sustain high-G of more than +4 G.
The aircraft industry provides such anti-G systems in form of hardware-controlled valves. These react on aircraft induced G-loads and have a fixed pressure versus Gz load characteristic.
