    The repair or overhaul of these components is accomplished at the Repair Station's facility in Fort Worth, Texas, which is conveniently located near Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. The facility has more than 135,000 square feet of working area, all of which is climate controlled.

    • Air Compressor (25 & 30 hp)
    • Autoclave (6' diameter inside x 18' long; capable of 400 F & 100-PSI)

    • Clean Rooms (26' x 56' & 16' x 20')
    • Etch Line (Qualified to BAC5555)
    • Flame Spray Equipment
    • Forming Press (48" x 96" & capable of 100 ton)
    • Grinding Booth (10' x 20')
    • Heated Press (4' x 4')
    • Hot Bonder (Wichitec & Heatcon Two Zone)
    • Laminating Presses (18" x 18" & 24" X 24"; both capable of 3500 F and 100-PSI bond line pressure)
    • Lathe Machine
    • Media Blast Cabinet (3 - 3' x 3')
    • Measuring Equipment (capable of tolerances to .000)
    • MIG Welding Machine
    • Ovens (2 - Walk-In & 4 - Small Parts Ovens
    • Paint Booths (8' x 25' + 10' x 20')
    • Small Parts Oven (1' x 2' & capable of 4500 F)
    • Thermoplastic Vacuum Forming Machine (36" x 36")
    • TIG Welding Machine
