ATR 42 MP named "Surveyor", is fitted with the latest Advanced Tactical Observation System (ATOS) to fulfill its primary role of maritime patrol and coastal surveillance. The aircraft is designed to be easily and quickly converted for different mission profiles. Its eight hours of airborne autonomy on station at 200 nm off-shore, combined with its low loiter speed, makes ATR the right platform for target detection and tracking.
