Innovation

A need to inspect smoke ventilation systems on a fragile roof containing asbestos cement was the start of what was to become Aerial FM. The cost to regularly inspect the vents was too expensive and extremely high risk for contractors to access. Aerial FM sought Drone technology to inspect and survey buildings thus delivering a safer, cost effective and quicker solution to diagnosing problems and inspecting safely at height. Aerial FM pilots are BNUC-S qualified, CAA Approved with Permission for Commercial Operations (PfCO) and ContractorPlus accredited for health and safety. Our survey reports includes 4k quality video, photographs and high sensitivity thermal data for building energy assessments. Our services have been designed by facilities professionals for the built environment in diagnosing safety risks, leaks, damage and defects.
