ATAviation is based at Dunkeswell Aerodrome in the beautiful Devon countryside. Dunkeswell a former world war two air base constructed in 1941 provides an accessible location by Air, Rail or Road. Dunkeswell has two main runways providing almost a 1000 Meters of asphalt plus two other asphalt options and a grass facility.
We decided to launch ATA after hearing of difficulties from owners and sellers finding or moving aircraft best suited to new and existing GA Pilots.
With great frustration we found that GA Aircraft were not generally sold from single locations, so buying and finding the right aircraft was a long and drawn out process, which on occasions resulted disappointing trips viewing single aircraft in a multitude of locations. We decided to take the bull by the horns and set up AT Aviation with the objective of providing the GA community a location to buy and sell light aircraft with greater ease and transparency.
