Manufacturing of complete assemblies
FIGEAC-AERO offers complete services to its customers from the design phase to the manufacturing of aeronautical subassemblies, taking advantage of the complementary nature of the companies that make up the Figeac-aero group.
The assembly department employs more than 60 persons in a special purpose workshop, all with appropriate qualifications (Airbus, Dassault, Embraer, Snecma, …), so that FIGEAC-AERO can continue to build more and more complex subassemblies.

Production of elementary parts
FIGEAC-AERO has more than forty 3-, 4- and 5-axis numerical controlled machine tools, 85% of which use the HSM (High Speed Machining) technology, used to manufacture all sizes of parts (up to 26 metres long) made of light alloys (aluminium, etc.) or hard metals (steel, titanium, etc.).
FIGEAC AERO's development strategy consists of continuing to invest in the development of innovative machining techniques to optimise the use of its installed machines
