Training method: centralized training for off-production or concentrated training on weekends

1. 18 years of age or older, male or female
2. Have good moral character, no bad criminal record
3. National education sequence junior high school or above junior high school education level
4. Can correctly read, listen, speak, and write Chinese without accent and stuttering affecting two-way radio conversation
5. Hold the current valid Class II or above medical certificate issued by the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China.
