KC Flight is the Aviation Standard

KC Flight students are held to the highest aviation standards in the industry so we can guarantee that they will have a successful career and also be successful in taking all of their exams. KC Flight students spend the majority of their time in the aircraft. While ground school is important, the most important thing is getting the experience in the air.

KC Flight is located in Olathe, Ks. which is just 15 minutes south of Kansas City. Olathe is one of the states fastest growing cities and continues to show a booming economical growth. The greater Kansas City area is one of the finest areas in all of the country. KC provides a great atmosphere for all flight students to have a fun and successful flight training experience.

about our Instructors:

Tom Renfro has over 8000 hours of instruction and is KC flights Chief flight instructor. He has been a college professor for 11 years and has been a flight instructor for 7. Not only will you have a blast with KC flight learning to fly but you can do it knowing that you will be learning with a professional instructor. We offer Sport, Private, Instrument, Commercial, Multi-engine, Flight Reviews, Instrument Profeciency flights.

Rob Renfro has over 1500 hours and over 1200 of instruction time. He has been certified on the CRJ-200 and 700. Robert works as a Medical Sleep Technician and loves to fly with students. Working with Rob will ensure that you are working with an Instructor who really cares about flight students, not just building my own time. At KC Flight we are instructors for life, our goals are not to move on from here.
