Soundair Aviation Services has been providing services for the worldwide commercial aviation industry since 1985. Beginning as an aftermarket trading company, we've evolved into the leading source of quality repairs and engineering solutions.
In 1993, Soundair Repair Group was formed as an FAA certified repair station specializing in flight deck transparencies. Since then, we have added capabilities including galley inserts, lavatory components, oxygen systems, and an assortment of accessory products. We have built proven partnerships with our many airline and MRO customers and continue to expand product lines of component repairs offering high quality maintenance at competitive market pricing.
In response to our customer's specific requests, Soundair Design and Development Group was formed in 2007 to create innovative solutions and custom repair programs designed to solve reliability issues inherent to various components. Our extensive experience in repairs combined with historical data, enables our engineering team to address key replacement parts that drive removals. Through integration of PMA parts and/or DER repairs, we can offer our customers improved reliability, cost reduction, and shorter lead-times. We currently offer a number of repair and PMA options and continue to work with you to seek out and create additional solutions tailored to your unique needs.
Additionally, Soundair is committed to maintaining the highest quality standards in the industry and hold certifications including FAA, EASA, CAAC, and ASA-100. Our staff is dedicated to find improvements to increase quality and reduce costs. Our Quality/Process Improvement program (QPI) is designed to monitor internal metrics on a daily basis and help us find potential issues before they happen.
