about Sterling Flight Training
Sterling Flight Training by MaloneAir, Inc. is a family owned and operated, FAA, part 141, flight school at Craig Municipal Airport (KCRG) that specializes in providing the highest quality flight training available. For international students, we offer a great location in sunny Jacksonville, Florida with great flying weather year round. If your goal is to become a professional pilot, we have accelerated courses in single and multi-engine aircraft. We fly the best of Cessna, Piper, and Tecnam aircraft. Sterling also incorporates the Redbird FMX full motion flight simulator into our program for both single and multi-engine training. Sterling provides many services also, including: rides, tours, photography, videography, and many other contract services.
The Malone family started Sterling in May 2000 and has since grown into the premier flight school in Florida. In addition to Sterling, Malone AirCharter is a part 135, air carrier, operating a fleet of jets including the Sovereign, Excel, Beechjet 400, and CJ1 along with a King Air 200. Many of our charter pilots are former students and current instructors.
