Customized Orders Welcome
Our production models are designing and proofing based on drawings, concepts and samples provided by our customers. We provide samples for you to review, verify and confirm before proceeding to mass production.
Advanced Equipment Ensuring Quality Products
We have production workshops covering 6,500 square meters and about 100 employees divided into six departments such as screw/spring/stamping part/lathe part and CNC/shaft/computer. We also have 15 spring machines to produce compression springs, tension/extension springs, torsion springs, small hooks and other wire forms. As for stamping, we have 15 sets of 10T to 80T punches, three wire cutting machines and a full set of hardware stamping mold equipment.
Providing a full set of services, including proofing, molding, designing and stamping, we have 13 lathe machines, 16 CNC machines as well as eight computer gongs to help us produce various high precision and complex products.
Complete QC System Ensuring No Defects
To ensure quality, we have over 10 QC personnel to carry out strict inspections at each stage, including IQC/IPQC/FQC/QA. Our products meet international standards, such as RoHS and HE standards.
