HISTORY


The impetus for the formation of Wetzel Aviation was Jack Wetzel's desire to combine his 30+ years of aircraft sales experience and his passion to deliver an exceptional aircraft sale/purchase experience to his customers. To this, Jack enlisted a group of highly motivated, experienced professionals, who share the same determination and passion to earn the trust and loyalty of those we serve.

EXPERIENCE


Jack Wetzel has over 35 years experience selling airplanes and more than 9,000 hours flying jets and turbo-props. Jack began his career at Piper Aircraft as a factory test pilot and salesman and was part of the team that developed the Cheyenne series of aircraft. In addition to his Piper background, Jack has more than 25 years flying and selling Learjets and King Airs. Over the years, Jack has developed a business model and systems that assure his customers get optimal value.


Gene Langfeldt has over 35 years of CFO and executive management, of which 20 years has been in business aviation. His experience in FBO and Charter management brings sound business skills and an understanding of aircraft pilots and owners concerns.


Bryon Mobley is a Montana native that comes from an aviation family and is a former Army Reserve officer and helicopter pilot. Bryon has worked for ten years researching and selling all types of jets and turboprops, including: Bombardier Learjet, Piaggio Avanti, Piper Cheyenne and Beechcraft King Air.
