Information of TTFLY: Two companies that provide maintenance, overhaul and repair services to Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters are combining under Twin Aviation, Inc. to become TAI-Global Group.

Twin Aviation President and CEO Thomas W. Nokes called the consolidation a "natural step in the growth of our company." Twin Aviation, Bainbridge Aerospace, LLC and Dangle Aviation, Inc. formed the new company to provide a parts and supply distributor, an FAA-certified repair and overhaul facility and an ISO-certified repair and maintenance team all in house.

Nokes founded Twin Aviation, Inc. in 1999. Tai-Global is based in south Texas about 37 miles south of San Antonio.
